Headwall Photonics is looking for a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our growing Finance team. Manage accounts payable, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and reconciliations.

Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and support month-end and year-end close.

Maintain fixed asset and inventory accounting records.

Assist with financial reporting, budgeting, payroll accounting, and audit preparation.

Support tax filings and ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies.

Partner with teams across the organization to improve accounting processes and internal controls.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

1-3 years of accounting experience (manufacturing experience preferred).

Strong understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Experience with QuickBooks Online and ERP systems (Exact MAX) is a plus.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
