About the Practice
Glendale Obstetrics & Gynecology, P.C. is an independent, physician-owned OB/GYN practice serving the West Valley of Phoenix. We provide comprehensive obstetric, gynecologic, and women's wellness care in a warm, patient-centered environment, supported by a dedicated clinical and administrative team and modern practice technology.
Position Summary
We are seeking a certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our outpatient GYN and prenatal care team under the direct supervision of our supervising physician. This role is well suited to both experienced PAs and strong new graduates looking to build a long-term career in women's health. This role also will be the practice's first assist for major gynecology surgeries and C-sections.
Responsibilities
- Perform annual well-woman exams, contraceptive counseling, and preventive screenings.
- Evaluate and manage routine GYN complaints, including PMOS (formerly known as PCOS), abnormal bleeding, and menopause-related concerns.
- Provide routine prenatal visits in coordination with the supervising physician and midwifery/NP team.
- Assist with in-office procedures within scope, with training and credentialing support provided.
- Assist in Gynecological surgeries and C-sections.
- Take call with with CMO about two times a month when needed.
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation within EMR.
Qualifications
- Certification by the NCCPA (PA-C).
- Current or eligible Arizona PA license.
- Current or eligible DEA registration.
- New graduates with strong clinical rotations in women's health/OB-GYN are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for women's health across the lifespan.

- Flat base salary during ramp-up, with a sign-on bonus.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
