Job Description
Location: 2200 E. Riverview Dr. Phoenix, AZ
Pay: $19-20/hr. plus $2.50/hr.
Shift: Monday-Friday- 3pm-11:30pm
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assemble panel components using hand tools and power tools, such as drills, impact drivers, and grinders to assist in the assembly process.
Follow detailed assembly instructions and diagrams to accurately construct frames.
Conduct quality checks to ensure that products meet specified standards and are free from damage or defects.
Sort and organize materials and components needed for frame assembly.
Operate up cut saw safely and efficiently.
Work closely with other team members to achieve production goals and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Demonstrate MITER Brands Guiding Principles in all business interactions.
Other duties may be assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability to read and interpret production specifications and drawings.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to prioritize tasks.
Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software programs.
Great interpersonal skills are essential to operate in and maintain a team environment.
Great communication skills and ability to follow instructions.

Ability to lift and move components weighing up to 50 pounds.
The ability to stand for extended periods of time.
Frequent walking and bending are required.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Primarily operates in a warehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures and noise levels.
Requires adherence to safety protocols and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as necessary
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Full-time position with standard working hours; occasional overtime may be required during peak periods.
Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and multiple priorities.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient operations.
