The Role
The Parts & Inventory coordinator is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the company’s fleet of vehicles, ordering parts and tracking, safety compliance tracking, assists with freight and inventory as needed.
Some of the essential job functions, include but are not limited to:
Fleet Maintenance
· Vehicle/Equipment availability
· Managing vehicle/trainer maintenance
· Managing vehicle/trailer registration
Inventory/Parts
· Order Parts and tracking
· Assists with freight as needed
· Assists with equipment inventory as needed
· Manage vendor list
The Requirements
· Maintain a valid driver license and good driving record.
· Experience ordering parts, tracking and inventory.
· High School diploma or equivalent.
· Customer service, teamwork and verbal/written communication skills.
