Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients through outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and B2B outreach, to generate leads and expand the sales pipeline.
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to recommend suitable leasing or vehicle purchase options tailored to each customer’s preferences and budget.
- Negotiate lease terms, purchase agreements, and deal closing strategies confidently while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory control and assist with inventory management to ensure the availability of high-demand passenger cars for sale or lease.
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, sales progress, and follow-up activities, ensuring a smooth sales process from initial contact to deal closure.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by providing detailed product information, answering questions, and offering upselling opportunities on premium features or packages.
- Support marketing initiatives by participating in promotional events, public speaking engagements, and community outreach to boost dealership visibility.
Skills
- Proven experience in automotive sales, dealership environments, or retail sales with a focus on high-end or passenger vehicles.
- Strong outside sales skills with the ability to develop new client relationships through cold calling and B2B engagement.
- Excellent negotiation capabilities combined with effective deal closing techniques that maximize revenue while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for engaging diverse customer bases.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales support tools to manage leads, pipeline activities, and customer data efficiently.
- Exceptional communication skills including phone etiquette, public speaking, and active listening to foster trust and rapport with clients.
- Organizational skills necessary for managing multiple prospects simultaneously while maintaining detailed records of interactions and transactions.
- Knowledge of automotive industry sales processes, inventory management practices, retail math, and dealership operations is preferred.
