Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembly Technician to join our team. In this role, you will create complex components by aligning materials and connecting parts in. The ideal candidate has the ability to read and follow schematics, technical knowledge, and excellent manual dexterity. On job training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Read and understand drawings and schematics
- Precisely measure components to ensure fit
- Modify components to meet required specifications
- Maintain a high level of quality control
- Perform routine maintenance tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Certification or diploma from a technical school is preferred but not required
- Previous mechanical experience
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics
- Ability to operate machinery and use hand tools
- Strong understanding of quality control principles
