Duties
- Assist in managing all aspects of restaurant operations, including opening, closing, and shift management to ensure smooth service flow.
- Supervise and train staff on food preparation, food safety standards, POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, and customer service protocols.
- Oversee inventory control, food handling procedures, and food production to maintain quality standards and minimize waste.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, perform cash handling duties, and reconcile daily sales reports.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety management and sanitation practices.
- Support hiring processes by participating in interviewing and onboarding new team members.
- Monitor restaurant performance through profit and loss analysis, budgeting, and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency.
Skills
- Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food industry standards.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience supervising hospitality teams in casual dining or fine dining settings.
- Proficiency with POS systems such TOAST for order processing and sales tracking.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Strong management capabilities including staff training & development, shift management, inventory control, and food safety management.
- Ability to manage kitchen operations, oversee food handling procedures, and ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Experience in catering or banquet services is a plus; familiarity with barista or coffee service is desirable.
- Spanish speaking a plus

Pay: $68,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
