Responsibilities

- Demonstrate basic construction knowledge, including current trends, to inform purchasing decisions
- Negotiate sales terms, financing options, and packages to close deals effectively
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions using POS systems and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience
- Support marketing initiatives by promoting special offers, new arrivals, and promotions across various channels
