Skin Dream Med Spa is looking for a confident, motivated, and sales-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate is outgoing, professional, and passionate about sales, beauty, and aesthetics. This position is focused on connecting with potential clients, following up with leads, converting consultations into sales, and helping clients choose the treatments and packages that best fit their needs.
Responsibilities:
- Follow up with new and existing leads
- Convert inquiries and consultations into booked treatments and packages
- Recommend treatments and packages based on client needs
- Explain pricing, promotions, packages, and financing options
- Build strong relationships with clients and encourage repeat business
- Maintain consistent and organized client follow-up
- Meet and exceed individual and spa sales goals
- Provide an excellent, professional client experience
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Confident, energetic, and motivated personality
- Goal-oriented and comfortable working with sales targets
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Med spa, aesthetics, beauty, wellness, or high-ticket sales experience is a plus
Compensation:Hourly pay plus commission and performance-based bonuses, with excellent earning potential for motivated sales professionals.
