Wheelchair/Stretcher Van Driver
Select Ambulance is currently looking to hire Full-time and Part-time Para-Wheelchair/Stretcher van drivers for our service based out of Hazleton, PA . Potential candidates must be highly motivated, demonstrate excellent patient care and communication skills. Potential candidates must be able to work in a professional manner with staff, co-workers, and must be at least 23 years of age.

Requirements:
Clean Criminal Background
Valid Drivers License
Ability to push/Lift 150+ lbs
Ability to learn to operate a stretcher
Ability to start as early as 4am
Reliable form of transportation

Responsibilities
- Safely operate a vehicle to transport passengers, ensuring a comfortable and secure journey.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting passengers with their needs and addressing any concerns.
- Maintain a valid driver's license and adhere to all traffic regulations.
- Communicate effectively with passengers and team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report any issues promptly.
- Assist passengers with heavy lifting when necessary, ensuring their safety and comfort.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
