Full-Time Nanny - Bilingual (Spanish/English)

About the Position
Growing Minds Nanny Agency is seeking an experienced, bilingual (Spanish/English), professional nanny on behalf of a wonderful family in Colorado Springs. The family is searching for a long-term nanny who is passionate about early childhood development and excited to become a trusted extension of their family.
This position is caring for one 10-month-old child in a calm, nurturing, and screen-free home. The family believes children learn best through intentional play, outdoor exploration, reading, music, and hands-on experiences. They practice the No Cry Method for sleep and are looking for a nanny who will confidently support this gentle approach.

Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, loving care for one infant
- Plan developmentally appropriate activities that encourage learning through play
- Read, sing, and engage in age-appropriate educational experiences
- Spend time outdoors daily when weather permits
- Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the child
- Complete child-related housekeeping, including:
- Children's laundry
- Washing bottles and dishes
- Tidying play areas
- Cleaning up after meals and activities
- Support and maintain the family's No Cry Method sleep routine
- Maintain open, professional communication with parents who work from home
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional childcare or nanny experience
- Infant care experience
- Spanish/English bilingual required
- Strong understanding of child development
- Passion for creating educational, play-based learning opportunities
- Comfortable working in a home with involved, work-from-home parents
- Reliable, dependable, and proactive
- Seeking a long-term commitment
- CPR & First Aid Certification required
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Excellent professional references
Compensation & Benefits
- $23.00–$27.00 per hour based on experience
- Guaranteed 40 hours per week
