Customer Service
- Answer incoming calls and evaluate customer project needs to recommend appropriate machinery (e.g., matching a scissor lift vs. a boom lift for a specific job-site height).
- Generate quotes, process rental contracts, and handle billing and invoicing using the provided guidelines.
- Address client questions, negotiate rental rates and resolve issues regarding equipment operation or delays.
Logistics & Fleet Management
- Coordinate delivery and pickup schedules for heavy machinery, ensuring timely transit to and from job sites.
- Manage inventory tracking, logging which excavators, augers, and lifts are currently rented, reserved, or in maintenance.
Maintenance & Quality Control
- Collaborate with mechanics and service technicians to ensure all returned equipment is inspected, cleaned, and repaired before being rented out again.
- Coordinate inter-store equipment transfers to satisfy sudden or demand.
Above all, candidate must be ready to adapt and overcome issues that arise in this job.
