Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Cashier/Rental Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional service and will be responsible for assisting customers. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As the Cashier/Rental Agent, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with any Service needs.
- Process rental agreements using POS systems and cash registers, ensuring accurate cash handling.
- Provide information about rental policies, procedures, and pricing to customers.
- Maintain an organized rental area, ensuring that all products are clean and in good condition.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Cashier Service Repair orders. Receipt money in and complete deposits.
- Scan Service and Parts tickets.
- Owner loyalty calls after Service visit
- Daily deposits
- Answer incoming phone calls
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
