Location: Durham, NC
Hours: Full-Time, estimated 32-40 hours per week
Pay Rate: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all elements of property operations including leasing, marketing, customer relations, rent collection, maintenance, and financial reporting
- Maintaining the property through regular maintenance checks, conducting daily property walks to ensure that safety and security requirements are met, making minor repairs as needed
- Upholding cleanliness standards throughout the property, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, sanitizing surfaces, emptying trash, cleaning out storage units, and other cleaning responsibilities as needed
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and emergencies in a timely and professional manner
- Oversee the monthly auction process
- Providing task management oversight of Assistant Store Managers by providing guidance, working to create a safe and productive work environment, and assisting in the hiring process as needed
- Implement policies and procedures to maximize efficiency, minimize costs, and ensure a positive tenant experience
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to bend and lift to move items at least 25 or more pounds
- Ability to operate tools and equipment, such as bolt cutters, grinders and drills
- Ability to sit, stand or walk for extended periods of time while performing indoor and outdoor job responsibilities
