Job Summary
Join our customer’s dynamic team as an Adobe Specialist (Illustrator) supporting AI Training and evaluation initiatives. In this contract-based remote role, you will apply your expertise in Adobe Illustrator, design workflows, and AI-powered creative tools to help improve and evaluate next-generation AI systems.
This is an hourly-paid contract opportunity, not a traditional full-time design or training position. Candidates will work on project-based AI training tasks while collaborating remotely with distributed teams in a flexible work environment. No prior AI experience is required — your creative domain expertise is what matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, review, and refine content related to Adobe Illustrator workflows, vector design, and AI-assisted creative processes.
- Contribute to AI training and evaluation projects through creative reasoning tasks, response evaluation, prompt testing, and related workflows.
- Develop training materials, tutorials, workflow examples, and documentation related to Illustrator and AI-powered creative features.
- Assess outputs for quality, technical accuracy, clarity, and design effectiveness while providing actionable feedback.
- Stay updated on the latest Illustrator updates and AI advancements, integrating relevant innovations into project workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support AI-related creative initiatives and ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Foster clear, positive, and effective communication in remote collaborative environments.
- Communicate technical and creative concepts clearly through written and verbal formats.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Adobe Illustrator, including experience using AI-driven features and tools.
- Mid-level proficiency in Illustrator with the ability to work across both foundational and advanced design concepts.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to clarity and detail.
- Proven experience delivering online training, educational content, creative reviews, or instructional materials in a professional setting.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail across all deliverables.
- Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and integrate new tools and workflows into creative processes.
- Collaborative mindset with dedication to quality, learner success, and effective teamwork.
- Ability to work independently in a remote and distributed environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience as an AI trainer or in a similar educational or creative review role focused on design software.
- Certification in Adobe Illustrator or related creative disciplines.
- Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.
- Familiarity with AI model evaluation or AI training-related creative tasks is a plus.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $21.00 - $70.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
