Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead behavioral intervention programs, conduct comprehensive assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans to support children and adolescents with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorders. You will play a vital role in implementing evidence-based practices such as Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), ensuring positive outcomes for clients while collaborating closely with families, educators, and healthcare professionals. Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and behavioral psychological assessments to identify client needs and develop effective intervention strategies
- Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on data collection and client progress
- Perform clinical supervision of behavior technicians and oversee the delivery of ABA therapy in various settings, including home-based and school environments
- Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously to track client progress and inform treatment adjustments
- Facilitate intake assessments and participate in diagnostic evaluations for clients with neurodevelopmental disorders
- Communicate regularly with clients’ families, caregivers, and educational teams to ensure understanding of treatment goals and progress updates
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations by managing medical documentation, medical records, and sensitive client information accurately and securely
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, special education, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
- Certification as a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) or eligibility to obtain certification within a specified timeframe
- Experience working with children with disabilities, especially those on the autism spectrum or with neurodevelopmental disorders
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral health principles, and behavioral intervention techniques
- Proven experience conducting functional assessments (FBA), diagnostic evaluations, and clinical supervision
- Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and HIPAA compliance standards
- Hands-on experience with data collection tools and behavior management software
- Home-based behavioral experience or school experience working directly with children with disabilities is highly desirable

Pay: $72,543.35 - $87,364.03 per year
