Key Responsibilities
- Lead solution design for AI-powered internal agents and enterprise search applications
- Integrate LLMs and RAG pipelines into Microsoft-based platforms (Copilot, SharePoint, etc.)
- Architect scalable backend automation flows (e.g., using Power Automate, Logic Apps, ServiceNow)
- Scope and validate AI use cases, working across HR, IT, Legal, and Compliance
- Collaborate with UX designers to define intuitive front-end agentic experiences
- Pilot and evaluate third-party AI tooling while maintaining governance controls
- Act as a hands-on developer to prototype agent behaviors, search workflows, and backend triggers
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in software development or architecture, with recent focus on AI/ML
- Microsoft CoPilot
- Experience deploying GenAI models and working with vector stores for RAG
- Ability to scope business needs and translate into scalable AI workflows
- Experience with backend integration via APIs, Power Automate, or ServiceNow
- Strong understanding of governance and security considerations in enterprise AI
- Bonus: Experience with Copilot extensibility or Azure OpenAI
