Creative Labs located in Eagan, MN is seeking a Driver responsible for safely transporting finished goods, raw materials, and packaging components between our production facility and warehouse. This role plays a critical part in supporting daily production schedules and inventory flow, ensuring timely, accurate, and damage-free deliveries while maintaining compliance with DOT regulations and company safety standards.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate company trucks to shuttle bulk finished goods and packaged products between the production facility and warehouse
- Perform safe loading and unloading using pallet jacks or forklifts
- Verify counts, packaging integrity, labels, and load stability before transport
- Complete all deliveries on time to support production and shipping schedules
- Maintain accurate logs, delivery records, bills of lading, and transfer documentation
- Ensure proper lot control and traceability when moving materials between facilities
- Follow all DOT, state, and local transportation regulations
- Conduct pre-trip, post-trip, and en-route inspections, report maintenance needs immediately
- Keep company truck clean, organized, and in compliance with all safety requirements
- Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, and Quality teams to ensure accurate material movement
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Experience driving box trucks, straight trucks, or similar equipment
- Basic reading and math skills for logs, load sheets, and inventory documents
Desirable Qualifications
- Previous experience driving a company delivery truck
- DOT Medical card
- Prior experience operating fork trucks
- Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution environments
- Previous experience operating a scan gun
- Familiarity with GMP handling requirements for cosmetic or personal care products
- Spanish language proficiency

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
