What You’ll Do
- Generate and follow up with real estate leads
- Assist buyers and sellers with home sales and purchases
- Conduct showings, open houses, and listing appointments
- Build and manage a client database (CRM)
- Negotiate contracts and guide clients through real estate transactions
- Develop a local real estate business
Training, Support & Tools
- Step-by-step real estate agent training program
- Weekly coaching, mentorship, and accountability

- Business planning and lead generation systems
- In-house support: transaction coordination, marketing, and admin

Qualifications
- Real estate license (or interested or currently pursuing real estate license)
