Position: Inventory Analyst
Compensation: $70,000–$80,000
Benefits: Comprehensive Benefit package, 401K
Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday
Evolve Med Spa is seeking an analytical, detail-oriented Inventory Analyst to support inventory visibility, reporting, sourcing, and process improvement across our growing multi-location organization.
This role will partner closely with Operations to monitor inventory across clinics, improve reporting and workflow efficiency, support purchasing and replenishment decisions, and help optimize our use of Zenoti for inventory tracking and visibility. We’re looking for someone who can go beyond spreadsheet reporting—someone who can help modernize inventory processes, identify savings opportunities, and support smarter sourcing and vendor decisions.
- Monitor inventory across multiple clinic locations to support accuracy, visibility, and operational efficiency
- Build and improve inventory reports, dashboards, and tracking tools
- Analyze inventory trends, usage patterns, discrepancies, and ordering needs
- Support purchasing and replenishment decisions through reporting and data analysis
- Investigate inventory variances and help improve inventory controls and par levels
- Help optimize how Evolve uses Zenoti for inventory tracking, reporting, and visibility
- Research additional product sources and vendor options to support availability and cost efficiency
- Support vendor and sourcing decisions through pricing analysis, product comparisons, and cost-saving recommendations
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual spreadsheet-based work through better reporting, system usage, dashboards, and workflow tools
- Use AI tools and modern reporting resources to streamline recurring reporting and improve inventory-related workflows where appropriate
- Experience in inventory analysis, inventory control, purchasing support, supply chain analytics, or a similar role
- Experience in a multi-location physical inventory environment, such as a med spa, retail, healthcare, manufacturing, or another product-based business
- Strong Excel and reporting skills, with the ability to analyze inventory data and identify trends
- Experience working within an inventory management, ERP, or operational system—not solely spreadsheet-based tracking
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and follow-through
- Ability to work cross-functionally with operations, clinic teams, and leadership
- Zenoti experience strongly preferred
- Experience in med spa, aesthetics, healthcare retail, or another inventory-sensitive environment
- Experience improving the use of an existing inventory platform rather than relying solely on Excel
- Experience with dashboards and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, Airtable, or similar
- Experience supporting sourcing, vendor analysis, product comparisons, or cost-saving initiatives
- Experience using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar to improve workflows, automate reporting, or streamline operational processes
If you’re highly analytical, systems-minded, and excited by the idea of improving inventory visibility, reporting, sourcing, and workflow efficiency across a growing multi-location business, we’d love to hear from you!
