We are seeking a motivated and friendly Cashier/Sales Associate to join our team. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance as needed to enhance their shopping experience.
- Operate the cash register accurately, processing transactions quickly and efficiently.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with precision, ensuring all sales are recorded correctly.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions and sales to effectively communicate with customers.
- Assist in stocking shelves and organizing merchandise on the sales floor.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner.
- Uphold store policies regarding returns, exchanges, and customer service standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet store goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail in processing transactions.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash register operation and change calculation.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
