Mutual Credit Union has an excellent career opportunity for a Contact Center Specialist. This position will be responsible for assisting members and potential members with their telephone requests, answering questions about products and services, and resolving problems.
A Contact Center Specialist is an important position in our organization, and the individual should have a passion for helping people, while having a naturally positive attitude and demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills.
