A rapidly growing, cash-rich senior living community in Deptford, New Jersey is seeking a Community Relations Director - Sales Director (CRD) to lead its sales and outreach efforts. Senior Living/Assisted Living and Memory Care.

What You’ll Do:
- Build meaningful relationships with prospective residents and their families, guiding them through the transition to Assisted Living or Memory Care.
- Conduct tours, presentations, and follow-ups to convert leads into move-ins.
- Represent the community at networking events, outreach activities, and professional gatherings.
- Collaborate with the Executive Director and leadership team to execute strategic marketing and sales plans.
- Educate families and the wider community on the services, lifestyle, and value the community offers.
- Consistently meet and exceed occupancy and conversion goals.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in senior living, healthcare, or high-touch sales environments.
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
- A consultative approach with a genuine passion for serving older adults.
- High energy, professionalism, and the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; valid driver’s license required.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
