Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting propane to commercial & residential accounts safely and efficiently. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and adherence to safety regulations.
Responsibilities
- Follow designated routes for timely deliveries while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs for hours driven and mileage.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules and any issues that arise.
- Assist with the loading and unloading of goods as necessary.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role is preferred.
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for vehicle type. Class B as a minimum. Must have Hazmat.
- Familiarity with route driving and navigation systems.
- Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles effectively is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks associated with loading/unloading freight.
- Good communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
