We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Nurse (RN or LPN) to join our clinical team in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation environment. In this role, you will play an important part in delivering high-quality care while working closely with CNAs, physicians, therapists, and fellow nurses to support the health and well-being of our residents.

What You'll Do
As a Licensed Nurse on our team, you will:
- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to the care team
- Support and supervise CNAs to ensure excellent resident care
- Document care accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR)
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team including therapy, social services, and physicians
- Participate in care planning, infection prevention practices, and quality improvement initiatives
- Promote a culture of dignity, compassion, and resident-centered care
What We're Looking For
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license – State of Nevada
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care experience preferred
- Strong clinical and observation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems preferred
