Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
- Assist with prep work including cutting, cleaning, and stocking ingredients
- Set up and maintain kitchen stations
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and timely ticket completion
- Keep kitchen and equipment clean and organized
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Work efficiently with the kitchen team and front-of-house staff
Requirements
- Restaurant or kitchen experience preferred
- Current food handler permit, or ability to obtain one within 30 days
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
