Residential roofing experience is required. This is not an entry-level position.
CCR Roofing Services is hiring two experienced Residential Roofing Sales Representatives. These are full-time W-2 employee positions—not 1099 independent contractor positions.
We are looking for motivated professionals who can manage the complete residential roofing sales process—from generating the lead and inspecting the property through closing the sale and preparing the file for production.
Once the completed file is handed off, CCR’s production department manages the project through completion and final collection. This allows our sales representatives to focus on helping the next customer and closing additional projects.
Responsibilities
- Run company-provided leads
- Generate your own residential roofing leads
- Perform thorough roof and property inspections
- Take clear and complete documentation photographs
- Obtain accurate roof measurements
- Identify and document storm-related damage
- Understand and properly use roofing terminology
- Prepare estimates and customer proposals
- Meet with insurance adjusters
- Explain the roofing and insurance claim process to homeowners
- Follow up with customers and close sales
- Collect all required paperwork and documentation
- Prepare complete, production-ready job files
- Maintain professional communication throughout the sales process

Required Qualifications
- Previous residential roofing sales experience
- Knowledge of residential roofing systems and terminology
- Experience documenting roof and storm damage
- Experience meeting with insurance adjusters
- Ability to take accurate measurements and prepare estimates
- Strong sales, communication and closing skills
- Ability to generate leads and develop customer relationships
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Dependable, self-motivated and able to work independently
Compensation
This is a full-time, commission-based W-2 employee position. It is not a 1099 independent contractor opportunity. The commission structure and earning potential will be discussed during the interview.
Pay: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
