As a Sit-Down Forklift Operator, you'll play an important role in keeping automotive parts moving safely and efficiently throughout the facility.
Operate a sit-down propane forklift safely and efficiently.
Load and unload trucks and trailers.
Move automotive parts between trailers, storage areas, and production areas.
Organize and place materials into designated storage and dunnage areas.
Move parts, materials, equipment, and supplies throughout the warehouse.
Verify quantities, part numbers, destinations, and timing before moving materials.
Safely operate the forklift inside trailers, throughout the warehouse, and within designated safety zones.
Follow all company safety procedures and material-handling guidelines.
This is an active warehouse position. You should be comfortable with:
Frequent walking, standing, reaching, carrying, and stooping.
Lifting, lowering, pushing, and pulling items weighing up to 50 lbs.
Working in a fast-paced automotive/warehouse environment.
2+ year of recent sit-down forklift experience required.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic math skills.
Ability to read and write English for documentation.
Ability to safely operate a propane-powered sit-down forklift.
Reliable attendance and a strong safety mindset.
Background check and drug screen required.
