About the Job
This is an administrative role supporting our construction projects with paperwork, scheduling, and compliance. Competency with Excel and Word is required. No construction software experience is required — we will train you.
We work as a team. If the phone is ringing, a task needs attention, or someone is out, we expect everyone to help. “That’s not my job” is not part of our culture — any reasonable request from company owners is part of the role.
What You’ll Do
- Handle submittals, RFIs, and change orders
- Track purchase orders and material deliveries
- Keep safety training, OSHA, and state compliance records up to date
- Maintain databases for vendors, subcontractors, and project costs
- Support billing, invoicing, and general office tasks
- Correspond with customers, vendors, and subcontractors
- Assist with any other duties as needed to support the team
What We’re Looking For
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (required)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Previous admin/office experience (required)
- Team player with great communication skills
