- Candidate must be able to follow instructions and learn to Install hardware and small fasteners into formed sheet metal items.
- Smaller hands tend to work well at this position.
- Must be able to give utmost attention to detail and ensure every part is installed correctly.
- Candidate should be early in their career and enthusiastic about the duties at hand at any time.
- Ability to use small hand tools and cordless equipment is a plus.
