IMMEDIATE HIRE – CMM / EDM OPERATOR – AUTOMOTIVE MANUFACTURING
Location: Lorain, OH | Travel Assignment
Premier Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced CMM / EDM Operator for an immediate opening supporting an automotive manufacturing facility in Lorain, Ohio.
Compensation & Travel
- $45/day per diem
- Hotel provided and paid for
- Travel reimbursement provided
- Immediate start
- Full-time travel assignment
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CMM and/or EDM equipment
- Perform dimensional inspections of automotive/manufactured components
- Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and technical specifications
- Use precision measuring and inspection equipment
- Document inspection results and identify nonconforming parts
- Perform machine setups and adjustments as required
- Maintain quality and production standards
- Follow all plant safety procedures
Requirements
- Recent CMM and/or EDM operating experience required
- Automotive or manufacturing experience preferred
- Blueprint and GD&T knowledge
- Experience with precision measurement and quality inspection
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must be willing to travel to Lorain, OH
- Must be available for an immediate start
- Dependable transportation and ability to work overtime as required
