Colonial Toyota is one of Connecticut's highest-volume dealerships — 30+ bays, 30+ technicians, and over 150 service appointments a day. Our parts department is the engine behind that operation, and we're growing. We're looking for a detail-oriented parts specialist who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly and serving both customers and technicians with speed and accuracy. Automotive experience is a plus, not a requirement — we'll train the right person.
What you'll do
- Help customers and technicians identify the right parts using manufacturer diagrams and electronic catalogs
- Provide pricing and availability in person, over the phone, and by email — with excellent follow-through
- Build and maintain wholesale account relationships to drive outside sales
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments; handle discrepancies with suppliers promptly
- Keep inventory, bins, aisles, and storage areas organized, labeled, and stocked
