OFFICE MANAGER NEEDED
Leelanau Auto is looking to hire a reliable, service writer to administer the day- to-day aspect of repair shop. This position is hourly with commission, full-time Monday - Friday year round work. The successful applicant needs to be able to create a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organization, time management, and interpersonal skills including high customer service skills. Applicants must have a maturity to work in a fast pace environment with multiple responsibilities at a time. Strong attention to details and problem solving skills will be necessary. Applicant must be able to work positively with members of the community and have polished customer service skills.
Skills Needed
- General office management experience
- Proficient with electronics including smart phones, and digital management software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Banking both accounts payable/receivable
Responsibilities to include, but not limited to
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Preparing and updating spreadsheets and reports
- Customer contact both in person and over the phone
- Part ordering and inventory management
- Scheduling appointments and technician work
Compensation package worth $50,000-$75,000, including medical, paid time off, performance bonuses.
