This isn't a desk job.
You'll spend time in the yard, with the drivers, on the phone with sales, coordinating deliveries, solving problems, training employees, and making sure every customer receives the service they expect. Every day is different, and you'll wear many hats.
If you're organized, accountable, calm under pressure, and enjoy leading people while improving processes, we want to meet you.

- Foster a positive, team-first culture built on respect and accountability.
Dispatch & Logistics
- Schedule and dispatch deliveries using the most efficient geographic routes.
- Adapt quickly when customers, weather, or jobsite conditions require changes.
- Ensure trucks are loaded and ready for the next day's deliveries before leaving each evening.
- Coordinate staged orders so returning drivers can reload quickly and stay productive.
Yard & Operations Management
- Oversee daily yard operations to ensure materials are organized, accurate, and accessible.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and communicate shortages or issues promptly.
- Work closely with Sales, Purchasing, and Inventory teams to keep projects moving.
- Use company software to locate orders, schedule deliveries, track inventory, and communicate with departments.
Customer Service
- Deliver an outstanding experience for contractors, builders, and homeowners.
- Keep walk-in customers moving efficiently while maintaining accuracy and safety.
- Solve problems professionally and represent the company with a positive attitude.
Equipment & Facility Management
- Monitor the condition and maintenance schedules for trucks and forklifts
- Report and coordinate repairs before small issues become major problems.
- Ensure the yard remains organized, clean, and safe for employees and customers.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of operations, warehouse, logistics, or distribution management experience.
- Experience leading teams of 10 or more employees.
- Strong leadership skills with the confidence to coach, train, and hold people accountable.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Experience dispatching trucks or coordinating deliveries is highly preferred.
- Ability to multitask and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
