We're hiring a Remodeling Sales Consultant to own a growing piece of our pipeline — and we're looking for someone who already knows how to sell, just not the way most companies make you do it.
What this role actually is
You'll meet with homeowners in their homes, scope projects, and close. Your leads come to you — from homeowners who already want our business. Our pipeline is built on referrals, repeat customers, and inbound inquiries from people who have already researched us, read our reviews, and reached out. There is no cold calling. There is no door-knocking. There are no manufactured leads from boiler-room appointment setters. If you've spent your career generating your own pipeline through cold outreach, you'll find this is a different kind of seat.
You'll work the full sales cycle — first call, in-home consultation, scope and design coordination, proposal, and close. You'll have a designer, a production team, and a 49-year track record behind every conversation. The work sells itself when you show up prepared. Your job is to show up prepared.
What you'll sell
The full range of exterior and project work Chase is known for:
- Roofing, siding, gutters
- Windows and doors
- Decks, patios, screen porches, and porches
- Concrete — driveways, walkways, patios, steps
- Painting and exterior trim
Project sizes run from a few thousand dollars for a single repair up to six figures for a full exterior renovation. You'll work the entire range.
Day to day
- Manage a personal pipeline of warm inbound leads assigned to you
- Run in-home consultations — listen, scope the project, take measurements, build the relationship
- Coordinate with our designer when projects need 3D renderings or detailed selections
- Build proposals and present them in person — walk the homeowner through scope and pricing line by line
- Follow up consistently and professionally until a decision is reached, in either direction
- Document every interaction in JobTread — our system of record
- Hand off cleanly to production once sold
Who we're looking for
Three things matter more than anything else on a resume:
1. You've sold in homes, in this industry. You've sat across the kitchen table from a homeowner, scoped a project, and closed it. We need real industry experience — roofing, siding, windows, remodeling, exterior, or related home improvement.
2. You're self-directed. Nobody is going to script your day. We give you the leads, the support, and the company reputation. The rest is on you — how you prepare, how you follow up, how you close.
3. You operate like the homeowner is going to remember the experience. Our reputation is the only reason your phone rings. Every conversation you have either reinforces it or erodes it. We need someone who treats that seriously.

- $40,000 base + uncapped tiered commission. Realistic first-year earnings of $70K–$130K+ depending on your ramp. Top performers earn more.
