Immediate need for an experienced hands-on Quality Assurance Supervisor. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can balance quality, productivity, compliance, and customer expectations while developing a culture of accountability and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily QA activities and ensure operational processes meet company and customer quality standards.
- Conduct routine quality inspections, audits, and process reviews throughout the facility.
- Monitor product handling, inventory accuracy, labeling, packaging, order accuracy, and other quality-critical processes.
- Ensure employees follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and customer-specific requirements.
- Identify quality deficiencies and ensure timely corrective action.
- Maintain accurate QA documentation, inspection records, audit results, and corrective-action reports.
- Partner with Operations leadership to ensure compliance with company policies and customer requirements.
- Lead, coach, train, and develop QA team members.
- Establish clear expectations for quality, productivity, attendance, and accountability.
- Conduct regular performance discussions and provide coaching when quality standards are not met.
- Ensure adequate QA coverage across shifts and operational areas.
- Track and report key quality metrics to site leadership.
- Prepare regular quality reports and communicate significant issues to management.
- Escalate recurring or high-impact quality concerns promptly.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control in warehouse operations, logistics, manufacturing, distribution, or a related environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Quality, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Experience with WMS/ERP systems preferred.
- Lean or Six Sigma certification is a plus.
- Previous supervisory or team-lead experience required.
- Strong understanding of quality control and quality assurance principles.
- Experience conducting audits, inspections, and process evaluations.
- Demonstrated ability to perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse/logistics environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to analyze operational data and identify trends.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to enforce quality standards consistently.
SHIFT:
8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday w/ flexibility for extended hours if needed
SALARY:
$60K
