We are seeking a dynamic Leasing Consultant for our beautifully renovated high-rise apartment community featuring exceptionally spacious floor plans and modern upgrades throughout. This is a prime lease-up opportunity with tremendous commission-earning potential for a driven closer.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and tour prospective residents
- Showcase our expansive, fully renovated apartment homes
- Follow up on leads and manage the leasing pipeline
- Close leases and meet/exceed monthly leasing goals
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Assist with resident retention and community engagement
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication, closing, and customer service skills
- A motivated, team-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed goals
- Leasing or sales experience preferred (but not required for the right candidate)
- Familiarity with Yardi a plus
- Strong understanding of CRM-based sales and follow-up processes
- Sales-driven mindset with closing ability
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Weekend availability
Salary + Benefits:
- Very Competitive Pay Rates
