BS degree, technical training, or equivalent experience in Manufacturing Engineering or related field.5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in motorsports, automotive, aerospace, or advanced manufacturing, with expertise in prototype and low-volume production environments.Strong knowledge of CNC machining, fabrication, assembly processes, manufacturing systems, and ERP/MRP platforms.Proficient in CAD software, manufacturing documentation, engineering drawings, and quality assurance methodologies.Demonstrated success leading process improvements, managing projects, negotiating resources, and meeting aggressive deadlines.Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate across all organizational levels.Working knowledge of engine assembly, manufacturing operations, quality, purchasing, inventory control, customs processes, and internal combustion engine/vehicle systems preferred.Self-motivated team player with strong leadership, adaptability, accountability, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Advanced PC skills, including Microsoft Office applications and other manufacturing-related software tools.
