Position Overview
- We are seeking reliable and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Retail Sales Associates. This role involves assisting customers, maintaining store presentation, managing inventory, and ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and takes pride in doing things the right way.
- Weekday and alternative Weekend Availability is a must.
- Evening For Weekdays, Morning and Evening for Weekends
Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service
- Assist customers in selecting beer, wine, and spirits
- Operate the register and handle transactions accurately
- Stock shelves, rotate inventory, and maintain product displays
- Keep the store clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Verify customer age and follow all alcohol sales regulations
- Support daily store operations and team goals
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Reliable transportation and strong punctuality
- Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Retail or customer service experience preferred (but not required)
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
