THE JOB: The role of Luxury Showroom Consultant contributes to the success of Aitoro by maintaining an elevated knowledge of our products and services, and leverages this knowledge to optimize sales, and deliver the best possible home appliance and outdoor living buying experience to our valued clients. - Provides customer service to Aitoro clients
- Sells products and services
- Continually expands knowledge of products and services
- Helps to maintain visual standards and cleanliness within department
- Communicates and cooperates with other staff and management team
- Building and maintaining client relationships to promote customer loyalty, gain referrals and elevate positive word-of-mouth advertising
THE REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous sales and customer service experience (preferred)
- 3+ years proven experience in sales or relevant sales experience
- Must have an exceptional personality, a great attitude, and the desire to succeed
- Must possess excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills
- Must be able to operate Windows based system, email, and internet functions
- Ability to thrive in a self-motivated environment
