Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Metal Fabricator to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Operate and set up various fabrication equipment, including welders, presses, and CNC equipment to shape and assemble metal components.
- Read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and blueprints to accurately produce parts according to specifications.
- Perform welding using different techniques such as MIG and TIG welding to join metal pieces securely.
- Follow safety protocols diligently while handling heavy materials and operating potentially hazardous machinery.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to quality standards.
- Support facility maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, plumbing repairs, and general upkeep to ensure a safe and functional work environment.
Skills
- Welding skills with experience in various welding techniques and processes on steel.
- Fabrication skills including framing, sheet metal forming, cutting, and grinding.
- Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams accurately.
- Read a tape measure.
- Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and team collaboration.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to guide junior team members when necessary.
- TIG welding experience is a plus.
- Press brake experience is a plus.
- Aluminum welding experience is a plus.
- Skills and welding test will be required.

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
