Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Attorney Liaison specializing in Workers' Compensation and Medical-Legal Services to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to bridge the gap between legal professionals and business growth initiatives, driving strategic partnerships and expanding our presence in the workers' compensation sector. You will serve as a key connector, fostering relationships with attorneys, insurance carriers, and industry stakeholders while actively identifying new opportunities.
The ideal candidate is outgoing, professional, self-directed, and experienced in relationship-based business development. Experience in workers' compensation, medical-legal services, healthcare marketing, legal marketing, or insurance is highly preferred.
Location: Southern California (Los Angeles, Orange County, Inland Empire, and San Diego)

Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with attorneys, legal professionals, and industry partners involved in workers' compensation cases.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted outreach, networking events, and strategic planning efforts.
- Build and maintain relationships with workers' compensation applicant and defense attorneys
- Conduct in-person visits and meetings with law firms
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions
- Educate attorneys regarding our QME, IME, and SIBTF services
- Identify opportunities to expand physician utilization and increase assignment volume
- Maintain records of outreach activities and relationship development efforts
- Provide market feedback and competitive intelligence
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management within the legal or workers' compensation industry.
- Experience in workers' compensation, legal marketing, healthcare marketing, business development, or a related field preferred
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Professional presentation and networking abilities
- Ability to travel throughout Southern California
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
