About the Role
We are seeking an energetic and entrepreneurial eCommerce Manager to help drive and optimize our direct-to-consumer online business. Reporting to the Director of eCommerce & Digital Marketing, you will be a key contributor to our Shopify-powered storefront, working to enhance the customer experience, grow online revenue, and execute day-to-day digital operations in partnership with the rest of the eCommerce team. Day to day, that work spans website and mobile functionality, email, SMS, and SEO — keeping digital efforts aligned with company goals and vision.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Digital Marketing
- Bring energetic, entrepreneurial flair to the strategic planning and execution of marketing programs that drive awareness, differentiation, and product demand
- Develop and execute omni-channel strategy across digital channels — online, mobile, email,
- Partner with social, affiliates, and SEM owners — to align with company goals and vision for all marketing campaigns.
- Create and manage the timing, execution, and communication of the digital promotional calendar and programs for Spellbinders; ensuring all promotions are consistent with the brand profile
Merchandising & Site Management
- Manage merchandising and visual marketing by defining the merchandise strategy, promotional calendars, brand marketing execution, and success metrics
- Manage online merchandise presentation and execute effective product positioning based on sale, inventory, newness, and trends
- Monitor website usability and the customer experience in partnership with a 3rd party vendors; collaborate on site enhancements
- Manage new initiatives that improve site performance, merchandising options, engagement, and conversion — including page redesigns, UX A/B testing and analysis, SEO optimization, and evaluation of new 3rd party vendors
Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards
- Analyze all eCommerce business reporting, including web analytics, competitor monitoring, and ad hoc reports, presenting findings to senior team members
- Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement based on data insights
- Use reporting insights to help shape future marketing strategy alongside the Director of eCommerce & Marketing
Marketing Operations & Technology
- Support the day-to-day operation of our marketing technology stack — including Shopify, Klaviyo, Postscript, and Triple Whale — assisting with automations, integrations, and reporting accuracy alongside the broader marketing team
- Help troubleshoot technical issues across email/SMS platforms and analytics tools, partnering with IT as needed
- Contribute to the evaluation of new marketing technology and platform integrations that support the broader ecommerce and marketing strategy
Requirements
- 4–6 years of ecommerce experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Hands-on experience with Shopify and Klaviyo required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Analytics
- Familiarity with our broader tech stack, including Postscript and Triple Whale, a plus
- Managing multiple brands in a Direct-to-consumer (DTC) ecommerce experience is a strong plus
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work cross-functionally
- Knowledge of or passion for paper crafting, DIY, or creative hobbies is a significant plus
Compensation
Salary Range: $65,000 – $68,000/year, commensurate with experience. Full-time, on-site position based in Phoenix, AZ. Competitive benefits package included.
