The Pay (This Is Why You're Here)
- $100–$200 per showed appointment — your rate depends on your experience and your numbers. Bring the receipts, get the top rate.
- $50 per booked appointment that no-shows — you still get paid for the work you put in.
- Paid every single Friday, weekly. No 30-day waits. You book it, you get paid for it.
- 1099 Independent Contractor — no taxes withheld from your checks. You run your own business; I just feed you the opportunity.
Top setters in this position can stack appointments fast. Your ceiling is set by your skill, not by my schedule.
The Freedom
- You pick your own territories. We work primarily in the South Jersey area — you choose where you want to knock.
- You set your own schedule. Want to crush mornings? Evenings? Weekends? Your call.
- Minimum 4–6 days a week. This is the one rule. I'm hiring producers, not part-timers looking to dabble.
