We're looking for a Mechanical Engineer who thrives on collaboration, adapts quickly, and plays a key role in turning customer needs into production-ready realities.
What You’ll Do
As part of our technical team, you'll bridge the gap between customer requirements and manufacturing execution, ensuring everything we produce meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
- Interpret and analyze customer drawings and specifications.
- Redline prints to meet manufacturing requirements.
- Use SolidWorks to document and support production setups, including internal tooling, jigs, and fixtures when needed.
- Support customer projects, cost improvements, and internal initiatives.
- Serve as a technical resource for Sales, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.
- Communicate clearly with customers and suppliers to drive successful outcomes.
- Maintain technical specifications, process capabilities, and internal libraries.
- Lead product realization efforts and collaborate across departments.
- Follow jobs from concept to completion to ensure delivery and performance targets are met.
- Contribute to company-wide improvements and help refine our processes, systems, and results.
What You Bring
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment—ideally in custom precision parts.
- Familiarity with SolidWorks, blueprints, and engineering documentation.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- A proactive, hands-on mindset and a drive to make things better.
