Dietary Aide
Rate: $16.60 - $19.06/hour (depending on experience)
Shift: Part-Time
Schedule: 4pm-8pm, every other weekend

In this role, you’ll help provide high-quality meal service while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming dining environment for residents, visitors, and staff. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve meals according to resident dietary needs, portion guidelines, and established meal schedules
- Assist with food preparation, portioning, and distribution of meals, snacks, beverages, and nourishments
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, dining areas, equipment, dishes, utensils, and workspaces
- Operate dietary equipment safely and accurately record food, beverage, and equipment temperatures
- Assist with inventory, stocking, receiving, and proper storage of food and supplies
- Transport meal carts and food trucks throughout the facility in a safe and timely manner
- Accommodate resident preferences and special dietary requests whenever possible
- Follow food safety, infection control, HIPAA, safety, and facility policies and procedures
- Report equipment issues, hazards, accidents, and resident concerns to the appropriate supervisor
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum education requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Preferred: Some food service experience
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to provide courteous and professional service to residents, families, and staff
