Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a flair for crafting unique and delicious cocktails while providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests through innovative drink offerings and a welcoming atmosphere.
Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wines, and specialty drinks.
- Maintain an organized bar area, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to food safety standards.
- Engage with customers to provide recommendations and assist them in selecting beverages that enhance their dining experience.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using Aloha POS or similar systems.
- Monitor inventory levels of spirits, mixers, and garnishes; assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and seamless operations during peak hours.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new drink recipes, and seasonal offerings to keep the menu fresh and exciting.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
- Proficiency in brewing techniques and understanding of various beverage types.
- Background in fine dining or upscale hospitality environments is preferred.
- Strong sales skills to promote beverage specials and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while providing exceptional hospitality.
- A genuine desire to help guests enjoy their experience through attentive service.
