Schedule: 2:00 PM-10:30 PM Monday–Friday | Full-Time
Pay: $21-$23/Hour + 15% Shift Differential

You play a critical role in keeping production moving and teams supported

You’ll gain exposure to equipment, materials, and processes across the shop

Support production by operating a variety of equipment and assisting across departments

Load materials, move parts, and help ensure jobs are completed efficiently

Follow work orders, instructions, and basic blueprints to complete tasks accurately

Perform basic inspections to ensure quality standards are met

Assist with packaging, counting, and preparing materials for shipment

Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas

Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance

Step in where needed to support team members and production priorities

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Ability to follow instructions and communicate with supervisors on priorities

Basic math and problem-solving skills

Comfort working with tools, equipment, and basic measuring devices

Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and production needs

Team-first mindset with a positive attitude

Prior experience in a manufacturing or shop environment

Exposure to fabrication, machining, or production equipment

Vocational or hands-on training
