Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
- Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience
- Manage cash handling and POS transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Monitor guest consumption responsibly, adhering to alcohol service regulations and promoting safe drinking practices
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators during catering, banquet, or nightclub events to ensure seamless service
- Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies, tracking usage, and communicating stock needs promptly
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings; retail math and food industry knowledge are advantageous
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy shifts
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for diverse guests
- Knowledge of food safety standards, proper food handling, and responsible alcohol service regulations
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling, billing, and inventory purposes
- Previous experience working in hospitality environments like brewing establishments or food service venues is highly desirable
