A vibrant South Florida concept, Rocco’s Tacos & Tequila Bar is bringing its signature energy, authentic Mexican cuisine, and lively atmosphere to Burlington, MA. This exciting opening will mark our 11th location, debuting Summer 2026, and we’re seeking an experienced and passionate FOH Restaurant Managers to join the opening team and help set the standard for hospitality and service excellence in Burlington.
This role requires a dynamic leader with 3+ years of experience in full-service, high-volume restaurants, a proven ability to lead teams, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. As FOH Restaurant Manager, you will oversee daily front-of-house operations, support staff development, maintain service standards, and help drive overall restaurant performance. We’re looking for a confident, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can inspire and motivate a team.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee daily Front of House operations, ensuring excellence in guest service and operational efficiency
- Train, mentor, and develop a high-performing FOH team
- Foster a positive, professional, and accountable work environment
- Assist with scheduling, labor management, and daily shift execution
- Ensure all service, hospitality, and cleanliness standards are consistently met
- Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction
- Partner with BOH and upper management teams to drive sales and operational success
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and company standards
- Support recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of team members
- Analyze operational performance and assist in implementing improvements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience as a restaurant manager in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
- Strong background in team development, training, and leadership
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience with scheduling, labor management, and daily restaurant operations
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Prior experience in hospitality recruiting, interviewing, and hiring preferred
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
